Before we go into this post, you need to understand that I kind of have a weird relationship with Twilight. It’s not love-hate because I don’t hate it. It’s more like… I love it, unconditionally, but I would never defend it because I know (just like Robert Pattinson) that it’s so bad. Every time I watch the movies, I watch them as comedies and literally roast the shit out of them – buuuuut I love them nonetheless. So after recently finishing ANOTHER rewatch of them all, I decided it would be fun to present you with my personal ranking of these films. We’ll be going from best to worst, so strap on your seatbelts and enjoy this vampy ride. Beware: lots of spoilers.
As promised, I would come back to you with my famous, much talked about, hilarious, enchanting and amazing WTD(ts)-series. Remember my 5 TV Show recommendations? In all truth, very few probably care. But I am here for you few that are excited to learn from a huge film nerd like me what movies they should totally watch this summer. I’ve tried combining some intense and some fun movies to give you the most varied taste one can give in only five recs. Let’s jump into it!
In the Netherlands, we have a few big cinemas, and Pathé is one of them. Every once in a while, they organize the “PAC Festival”, which is basically five previews of movies that are coming out soon (movies always come out “soon”… don’t they?).
Now, my mum and I are both lovers of film and she’s told me before that they were hosting this. Sadly we were never able to go before because of ~life~. But on Sunday, February 5th, it was finally time. We were going to be locked in the cinema from 10.30am until 11.15pm. Which was really fucking exciting.
